The firm was founded in 2020 by a Chartered Certified Accountant and Fellow ACCA member who holds various accounting qualifications and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance with over two decades of experience in both private and public sector firms. He is also a SARS registered Tax Practitioner, Certified Sage Cloud Accounting Advisor, QuickBooks Online Accountant and an accredited Old Mutual Financial Advisor which enables the firm to blend technical expertise with practical, hands‑on support that helps businesses operate with confidence.
